While working in the janitorial service industry for years from the bottom up, our CEO and founder Helen Yoo witnessed how casually promises were made and broken. Finally in 2003, she founded Promise as a company bereft of empty promises and excuses, certified by NCTRCA as a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE). Promise results speak for themselves! The Promise team, collectively spanning 100+ years of experience in the service industry, takes pride in Promising what we can deliver – and a lot more.

Our CEO is involved in every endeavor, giving Promise the distinct personal touch of a family business backed by the reliable communication and structure of a large corporation. Our Green Promise is to prioritize our clients’ and community’s health by cultivating safe indoor environments with cleaning methods that are eco-friendly and energy efficient. Helen Yoo serves as the founder and CEO of Promise Total Services, Inc. She has a history of long lasting business partnerships and attributes her success to her years of experience in the janitorial service industry, her core values of being Proactive, Responsive, Observant, Meticulous, Innovative, Sensible, and Ethical, and her devotion to follow through with her commitments. As the name suggests, the company’s focus on reliability and customer satisfaction is the backbone of Promise TSI, resulting in solid communication, quick turn-arounds, and exceptional quality.
Since its founding in 2003, Promise TSI has grown from its humble beginnings to hundreds of properties and loyal employees in Dallas, Fort Worth, and Houston Texas. Because of Helen’s heavy involvement in all facets of the company, Promise TSI has the unique quality of functioning at the caliber of a global company while having the distinct personal touch of a family business.
Helen was born and raised in Seoul, South Korea with three siblings in a home full of music. She went on to major in piano, earning a Bachelor of Music at Yonsei University, then came to America to continue her studies at the master’s level with a harnessed focus on musicology. Helen is a proud mother of two and always aims to live an exemplary life of faith and gratitude.

Ethan Lee serves as the Vice President of Promise TSI. He has been with Promise TSI since 2006 and began as part of the foundational Dallas team before moving on to be an instrumental member in expanding and growing our Houston market. Ethan excels at setting company goals and strategizing how to accomplish them. He is involved in leading both the macro and day to day operations.
Ethan has worked in marketing, advertising, and warehouse management and has excellent interpersonal communication skills. Ethan is fluent in English, Korean, and Spanish and enjoys sharing cultures through food and travel.

Isaac Lee has been with PROMISE since 2008 and developed increasingly leadership roles over the years. He is responsible for the company’s overall financial functions, including accounting, audit, treasury operations, and corporate finance. Furthermore, he oversees and manages all human resources and risk management.
Earlier in his career he worked in accountant roles for Samsung. Currently, he resides in Plano, TX and in his spare time enjoys basketball and travel.

Brandon Clough serves as Promise TSI’s Director of Client Relations. He is the liaison between clients, property managers and our operations team. Brandon is a leader in managing our account managers and the relations throughout Promise TSI.
Brandon’s former work experience ranges from assisting in the international trade division of the US Department of Commerce, facilitating the business development of the Portland Trailblazers, and founding his own companies.

Steve Lee serves as Promise TSI’s Director of Operations. Steve is the liaison between our operations team, account managers, day porters, and night crew. He is an active leader in our unique Daily Operations Report system that ensures the entirety of Promise TSI stays united on the status of every task.
Steve’s extensive experience in business, sales, and marketing informs his drive and talent for client satisfaction. He exemplifies our motto “we perform by true action, not by attractive words.”

Jeff Dore serves as the General Manager of Promise TSI. Jeff joined the company in 2013 and has been a formative leader in managing relations within and beyond Promise TSI. Jeff is involved in all aspects of our operations, holds multiple accounts, and serves as the right hand man for his clients.
Jeff’s former experience of working his way up from a trainee, assistant manager, to branch manager shines through in his understanding of multilevel operations. Jeff is flexible and willing to wear multiple hats to get any job done.

Catalina A. Castanuela is the Regional Manager of Business Development at PROMISE.
She joined the company in November 2023, bringing extensive experience in B2B international sales and business development across Mexico, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Finland, Latvia, and Estonia.
Throughout her career, she has focused on building strong client relationships and driving growth in diverse markets and sectors, including logistics and automotive.
Known for her resilience and adaptability, Catalina effectively navigates dynamic business environments and overcomes challenges.
Fluent in English, Spanish, and German, she enjoys traveling, learning about different cultures, and exploring photography in her free time.
