At the end of the day it’s not about what you have or even what you’ve accomplished…
It’s about who you’ve lifted up, who you’ve made better, and what you’ve given back.
- Denzel Washington
We are deeply appreciative of the success we have had so far and attribute much of it to the people who have helped make us who we are. It is a Promise Priority to treat our clients, employees, and surrounding communities with the utmost care and generosity.

Genesis Women’s Shelter and Support
Genesis Women’s Shelter was created to give women in abusive situations a way out. Their mission is to provide safety, shelter and support for women who have experienced domestic violence, and to raise awareness regarding its cause, prevalence, and impact.
Genesis’s mission deeply resonated with Promise and moved us to do what we could to help keep the women and children of Genesis safe, especially during this pandemic. We executed our Level 3 disinfecting preventative measure against COVID-19, which includes a special electrostatic chemical spray that is clinically proven to kill viruses and bacteria and leave a lasting shield of protection. While we disinfected the outdoor playgrounds and their two buildings consisting of kids rooms, common areas, kitchens, laundry rooms, restrooms, offices, individual apartments, we mingled with the Genesis staff and occupants. We also distributed snacks, beverages, and arts and crafts, exchanged warm words, and donated boxes of hand sanitizer and masks. We very much believe in Genesis’s motto: “There is help and there is hope.”

Promise’s Donation Matching is one of our Giving Back initiatives in which we match our employees’ contributions to causes of their choosing. For example, if a Promise employee donates $50 to a nonprofit organization, the matching gift would be Promise’s additional donation of $50 to the same organization. Double the gift, double the impact.

Promise believes in the promise and pursuit of the American Dream. We know that only half of Americans who begin college today actually finish, according to the U.S. Department of Education, largely due to financial and work/life barriers. Promise is committed to standing beside its employees every step of the way while investing in their futures.
Promise employees and immediate family members are eligible to apply. Application Deadline: June 30th.
